Transforming Uncertainty, Unleashing Innovation using Data & Analytics

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄-𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬:
• 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 – Systems/Applications that enable the core capabilities of an organization. These systems are often vendor-supplied (off-the-shelf) and are typically standardized across an industry. These systems and their capabilities don’t often change, and they support “Common Ideas”
• 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Systems/Applications that enable unique company processes or industry-specific capabilities. These systems and their capabilities tend to change faster than Systems of Record, and they support “Better Ideas”.
• 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Systems/Applications that are continually built and experimented with to match new business requirements and opportunities. These systems and their capabilities tend to change, have short life-cycles, and support the development of “New Ideas.”
From 2010 to 2020 the typical IT Investment profile has been dramatically shifting toward systems that support transformational activities.
How have these changes in investment activities changed the way your organization operates?
Innovation is more than invention in the sense that you have to look beyond the known-knowns to the uncertain areas of unknown-knowns, known-unknowns and even unknown-unknowns to collaborate and account for the complexities as we bring to fruition new products and solutions.

We at Numorpho Cybernetic Systems (NUMO) are firmly committed to this way of data aggregation where AI needs to have a multi-modal basis for proper decision making and actionable intelligence.
