This chapter catalogs the development of our Ecosystem and the progression of our products based on a MVP cadence. It will reuse the use-case blueprints we created and make new ones, all adding to the connected metaphor that we follow.In this Chapter of our Everything Connected Book of Business, we will detail: 

  1. the progression of our ecosystem, and
  2. have an MVP based cadence for our products

Both our ecosystem and products will be smart and connected and we will be using electronic componentry (sensors, pcbs and such) to enable their features.

  • Our ecosystem play will be divided into two domains – smart manufacturing and smart infrastructure. This dual play between manufacturing and infrastructure is what we will revel on to advance our connected fabric to assume the role of an orchestrator for “things” within and “objects” outside to enable a complete adherence to the theme of Internet of Things (IoT).
  • We will be building proof of concept products in the mobility arena, starting with micro-b=mobility wherein we will be building narrow format vehicles like scooters, bikes, compact commuter vehicles and their accessories.

We will be utilizing the Digital Twine Reference Architecture for solutioning initiatives for manufacturing and infrastructure. Albeit, these are two different domains, the core ingredients are the same:

  • Connecting the dots between disparate data sources
  • Performing robust data engineering to ensure data quality and integrity,
  • Deriving actionable intelligence from the data
  • Augmenting the rendering of this intelligence

to drive meaningful outcomes.

An MVP is a product that has the minimum set of features needed to be viable and testable with a target audience. The MVP approach allows a company to quickly bring a product to market, gather feedback, and iterate based on that feedback to improve the product.

By detailing the progression of the ecosystem and summarizing various proposals, we will be able to communicate our plans and vision for the ecosystem to stakeholders and potential partners. Our smart and connected products will serve to prove and improve our platform – the ecosystem.
