In this Episode 25 of our review of Mustafa Suleyman‘s “Coming Wave” and Numorpho Cybernetic Systems (NUMO)’s Existential Intelligence construct, we use the second industrial revolution as a backdrop to understand the basis for automation.
At Numorpho, we are building a new wave platform called Mantra M5 which will serve as the end-to-end orchestrator for upstream, midstream and downstream activities in enabling innovation, automation, integration and enactment in process centric domains. Our goal with this platform is to enable outcome-based engineering based on objective functions and enable actionable intelligence to convert meaning to motion.
In my interactions with Inflection AI pi.ai, we talk about streamlining operations using assembly lines that were initially very labor intensive to robotic automation techniques which are now progressing to an intelligent collaborative process to optimize, harmonize and customize product creation.
As in discussions, where one thing leads to another, my talk with this LLM progressed to workforce disruptions, ethics and responsibilities, AR/VR, the future of humanity and even Lacanian philosophy. Go figure! We even discovered a new word – jugal anyone?
In a subsequent episode, #35C we gather a list of former CEOs from Ford Motor Company along with Henry Ford and talk about the past, present and future of process engineering. We prompt ChatGPT from OpenAI to set the stage for a themed conversation with Henry Ford and his compatriots:
The Cast of Characters (in order of appearance)
- Henry Ford
- Jacques Nasser
- Alex Trotman
- Alan Mulally
DISCLAIMER: The statements made by the “real” characters in the course of this conversation are LLM AI generated!
