This is why we are investing in smart monitoring and adaptive engineering technologies at Numorpho Cybernetic Systems (NUMO).
Our CONNECT-DETECT-PROTECT theme not only provides for safety and operational efficiency but also enables proactive management of the workplace.
Partnering with Arduino and Würth Additive Group, our smart folding helmets cater to different constituencies- manufacturing, construction, fire fighters, first responders, military, urban commute and recreation to provide a customized and holistic basis for personnel protection and wellbeing.
We are embedding Nicla Sensors from Arduino’s PRO line to enable environmental, motion, vision and speech detection and integrating it with GIS/GPS, Mesh networks and IoT devices to enable geo-spatial coordination and protection.
With the Würth Group, we are embarking to build and distribute the safest helmets that are additively manufactured using technology and materials from providers like Markforged and EOS, and using tools and techniques from UPTIVE Manufacturing , General Lattice and others. We are also employing their Digital Inventory System (DIS) to manage and maintain quality in manufacturing, streamlining processes and enable trustworthiness and accountability in contract manufacturing processes.
In the forthcoming two weeks, we will be detailing our Linked Solutioning partner relations and look forward to collaborating with them in providing intelligent, smart and connected solutions to our customers.
Next year, as we build our Proto Factory to showcase the art of new engineering and manufacturing we will be mindful of safety both during the manufacturing process as well as aftermarket when our products like the smart helmets are in use. Here our relationships with Chicagoland organizations- mHUB and MxD will enable us to utilize their ecosystem to instill innovative and best practices into our product development and help transform them into safe, compelling and viable solutions.
